Chaiti Mela ( Chaiti Carnival ) is one of famous old period festival of Uttarakhand. Held in Kashipur, Uttarakhand it was my golden opportunity to attend this fest. People, food, rides and colors made this festival awesome. Although government need to give attention to this event to make it more organized and manner full way. Rides in this picture are spreading happiness.
